Positive: It was easy to get checked in and get situated! Me and my friend never needed anything extra but from the little bit of communicating I did with the staff they were all very nice and patient with us! And the room service was very nice! I'll be honest this was probably my fist time staying somewhere- but we'd leave in the morning (normally at 10) and come back around noon or 1 and they'd have stopped by and made the bed and brought new towels- it was very nice! I think that might be the standard BUT I still very much appreciated it nonetheless! Plus the place was beautiful and the lobby was very nice to meet up with anyone we were waiting for and then go on with our day! (We were there for a convention with other friends in the hotel) also I do not own a car so walking was my only means of getting anywhere for the weekend but with where it's located that wasn't a problem at all! Definitely plenty of things within walking distance! And while definitely not up to hotel the other guests staying were all very nice too! Just overall an amazing environment! Definitely plan on booking here again next year for tsubasacon!
